Single Sign On (SSO)

Overview

The interview suite has two distinct types of users: customers and candidates. Customers create video interviews to which candidates are invited.

A candidate’s user account expires once they complete their video interview process. Customers’ user accounts are persistent.

Different SSO technologies are available depending on whether the user being authenticated is a customer or a candidate.

Customer SSO (SAML 2.0)

The interview suite can be configured as a SAML 2.0 Service Provider to let users sign in using an external SAML Identity Provider, for example Microsoft Active Directory or Google G-Suite.

Candidate SSO (JWT)

JSON Web Tokens (JWT) can be used to automatically authenticate candidates with the interview suite. This option can be used to lead an applicant from a third party Applicant Tracking System directly to their video interview, without needing an additional username or password.
