Project

In a Company’s interview suite recruiters can create interview projects including questions and criteria.

Candidate

In each project recruiters can add candidates. Just like projects candidates can have several statuses depending on their progress in the interview process. Additionally there are two kinds of evaluation statuses for each candidate: one saying what the progress of all evaluators is and the other one saying what the progress of the currently logged in evaluator is.

Rating

When evaluating a candidate recruiters assign ratings to questions and criteria.

Answer Video

When a candidate is doing their interview it is producing answer videos for each question.

User Roles

Recruiters using the interview suite can have two kinds of user roles: one determinging what they can do in their Company’s interview suite and the other one determinging what they can do in an interview project.
