Rating

An evaluator is able to rate every answer video of every candidate. Every single rating creates a rating object. The rating becomes manifested as a global rating on the answer video, or when applied, is related to a criterion, which is defined by the recruiter before. Then the rating value reflects the Evaluator’s judgement of the candidate performance in the interview regarding to the criterion.

Rating value

The field “value” is the most important reference in the Rating, as it is an integer number with the evaluation rate of such Evaluator for such Answer Video and Criterion (when applied).

The value must be set with an integer number between 1 and a maximum rating value defined in the account settings.

Criterion

The field “criterion” is applied when criteria were defined before the interview project was activated, and hence criteria are available for the evaluation. Criteria are always related to questions. That means each answer video must be evaluated on one or several criteria. The evaluator has to give a rating on every criteria available to finish the evaluation i.e. add a value to every criterion when judging the candidate performance.

Normally before creating the questions the criteria are defined as job requirements e.g. ‘communication skills’ or ‘goal-orientation’. When a question is created, the recruiter has to define which criteria he wants to measure with this question. A criterion can be applied to several questions as a question can comprise no, one or several criteria. If a question implies three criteria, the evaluator has to rate the video answer to this question on these three criteria.
